No-Show Policy
At Lagerman, we strive to provide an optimal experience for every customer. To ensure that our agenda is managed efficiently and that we can serve everyone, we use since January 1st 2025 a no-show policy.
What does this mean?
Why this policy?
Our work revolves around time and planning. A no-show means that we cannot exploit a time slot, which is a loss for us and a missed opportunity for other customers.
How can you cancel or reschedule?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution together.
